  1. RETURN

    Return option is not available as we guarantee the best condition of our food products that might be affected by returns.


  2. CANCELLATION

    In case you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately at info@moishi.com no later than 2 hours after you have placed your order. We will always try to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee a successful cancellation once this period has elapsed. 

  3. REFUNDS
    In the case where a refund is due, Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
